My order arrived quickly and intact. Packaging was carefully done to ensure that the crystals inside were not damaged in transit. The crystals were a very good quality and I would definitely order goods from The Psychic Tree again.

Oh my goodness - what a joy to shop with Psychic Tree!
A site I could just lose myself in, quick despatch, well packaged...& the crystals are to die for. The details on the site meant I thought I knew what to expect - but what I got was even better & exceeded my wildest dreams. I'm planning on tumbling them, but one was just SOOOO beautiful in its raw state that I can't bear to change it.
Just placed a second, much bigger, order...guess that says it all!

Bought two crystal bracelets and they were both fake. Could tell they were fake as soon as I got them out of the packaging as they looked synthetic and every stone was the same. Scanned them with a reliable app and they were identified as synthetic or an alternative to what they were advertised as. Looked cheap and synthetic so put them straight in the bin

I have bought a few things just lately from this company and always been very happy with the quality, unfortunately a bracelet I bought was little frayed, I contacted customer service and they were excellent they sent me another immediately! Not everything is always perfect in life but as long as problems are rectified I think that's definitely worth 5 stars! So I will definitely be ordering things from this company again. Thankyou! 😊

I ordered four worry stones. In the photos they looked rich in colour and as I was send them on as a gift, I hoped they would feel nice. But as soon as I saw them I was disappointed. The rich red in the photo was a faded orange. They all had exactly the same texture and weight which makes me suspect they are little more than resin or plastic. They look and feel like plastic too. Very disappointed as I've bought worry stones from shops before for a similar price and they have been genuine gems with real texture and weight. I won't be purchasing from here again. Two starts for quick delivery.

I left an honest and fair 3 star appraisal for an item I bought from their website. Received an email offering a discount for leaving a review. The review was was visible for a short time, presumably until one of the admins read it, and then it was promptly removed. Why ask for a review and then take it down.... pretty sure if it had been 5 star it would still be there.

Really pleased with my order, I’ve got some really lovely tumble stones from the website and very reasonably priced
