almost a month has past still can’t get a reply from every possible way on contact available!!!

AVOID!!! I made an order on 6th of June and have not received it yet even after plenty of emails from me trying to make contact with them, have received anything back. I have just asked for a refund. Had to email as the 'Refund' button is not working. Very worrying

I'd be careful. I ordered something and have not heard anything after the confirmation email. No update, no tracking number. Emailed a couple of times with no reply. I tried to call, no one picked up. Had an email 3 weeks later saying the item is out of stock and gotten a refund. But very scary to not have any communication for so long, especially after the money had been taken out of my account already.

I have shopped with the Doncaster store quiet a few times and I have also shopped online I have had a lady called jannaya help me within the store before she was brilliant she helped me to find all I was looking for, she was very helpful.

Shopped in the doncaster store was served by a lady called jannaya who was really friendly and more than happy to help me she also gave a lovely welcoming hello when I walked in. Definitely recommend shopping with pud. Thank you guys xx

I ordered a travel cot on 6th August. I received an email to say that it would be delivered within 3 - 5 days. Over a week passed & still nothing. After trying to call the company where you can only leave a message & you never speak to a person I sent emails over a couple of days & eventually received a reply to say that the cot wasn’t in stock & would I like a refund. This was 2 todays ago & still no refund.

I will never use this company again & highly recommend anyone thinking of using it to avoid at all costs. I’ve never received such poor customer service in my who life.

I ordered a car seat on 21 July 2021, which on the website was in stock. I waited the 7/10 days for delivery to be told there is a mistake on the website and it would be in stock 12 August. As you already have my payment I could not order elsewhere as I don't have the funds to do this. I now cannot get through at all on any phone numbers. This is appalling service and I would not recommend anyone to order from this store

So at 2 a.m in the morning I placed an order with little precious one (thepudstore)
I thought I was ordering a high chair. I called up in regards to where my order was as I've not received an email with an update. So I managed to get through to one of the stores and I then got a call back within 2-hours from a woman called Fran, Bless her she explained to me that I didn't order a high chair and I ordered a splash mat at this point I had to go on the website myself and check what I had ordered and she was right! I have never felt so stupid in my life. Fran was so helpful bless her we had a good old laugh about it and she helped me out with a high chair. Thank you so much Fran x

A lesson to learn - don't order stuff after 12am If you're a parent with young kids

Admittedly I had a few issues with a double transaction and became frustrated when I couldn’t reach Precious little one or The Pud store via phone numbers provided, I did however happen to email the address on my receipt and sent them an message explaining the issue.

I have to say the service I received was prompt and professional and they looked into my case and were able to reassure me and sort the issue. I have yet to receive my goods and will leave a separate review once they have been delivered.

However that being said, and I know many people have had tough experiences with reaching customer services but I can honestly say my personal experience was prompt and professional and I felt reassured.

It's a scam. Money out my account but no order or contact details. They don't reply! Don't buy anything!!!!!

I ordered a bag 2 months ago. Money was taken out of my account but I haven’t received the item, and I even paid for express shipping. Have been trying to contact them requesting a refund but my emails have been ignored and no one picks up the phone. Total scam. Would not recommend.

Item never received and no response to my emails, phone calls, messages on Facebook.

Awful experience in the Doncaster store.
Ordered nursery furniture on a Thursday afternoon was told she would place the order that day and it would be with us 4 days later. Stated we would get an email with confirmation and a tracking number....heard nothing, went in to the shop on the Saturday and the sales person said she's ordered it all on Monday - there hadn't been a Monday between Thursday and Saturday!
Ended up phoning the store several times over a couple of week, asked if we could contact 'precious little one" who were supposedly ordering it for the pud store to be told you cant contact them. Found the customer service number for precious little one, contacted them several times - numerous issues with that company too.
Everytime I contacted ThePudStore there was another fabrication of the truth, it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing and lie after lie.
Would NOT recommend this store at all - avoid, avoid, avoid

i received my item damaged. i sent them so many message, i sent the photos. they do not even reply to me. i spent 20 pounds for a birthday present and i have to buy something else. i am very dissapointed
