Customer service doesn’t reply

I have been a fan of their products for a long time and even purchased their astrology book back in 2022. I follow them on Instagram and have been an active, engaged member of their community.

I’ve always admired their products and the beautiful artwork they feature. However, my experience with them took a disappointing turn recently.

In October, I ordered two mugs from them, but I never received a notification about the order being available for pickup at the post office.
By the time I realized this, the mugs had already been sent back.
I reached out to their customer service for help, but I never received a response. Now, I’m left $80 poorer and feeling disheartened about the experience.
