Broken Earbuds (Pods)

My first experience with them was great. My next couple purchases, not so much. I had first bought the Pulse Pods v2 when they came out. Then I decided to upgrade and by the Pure & Pro earbuds. They didn't fit my ears so I gave them to family. No big deal. Then I personally reached out to Pluse Pods to see if they still offered the v2 Pods. They responded by telling me they still have some but they aren't offered on their site. I asked if I could purchase 2 pair so that I can use them for work. They gave me a code to use on the website. I paid, then received them about a week and a half later. Well, my first pair were still decent so I didn't open the two new pair to check them right away. It's been about 4-5 months. And I finally needed to open a new pack of earbuds for personal use (Original v2 still working good). So I charge them for almost 4 hours & go to pair my earbuds with my phone. Then find that only one earbud was charging the entire time. The left earbud didn't work at all, and the right earbud could only hold a 10% charge. When I finally did get it to work it was crackly like a broken speaker. That prompted me to try the second pair that I bought. That pair would not charge at all and the case broke in my hand. I think they sold me refurbished earbuds that didn't work. Like I said, very happy with my first purchase and those earbuds still work. But everything after that was downhill.
