Excellent experience of using this company. My account manager, Jamie, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision and was happy to openly discuss the pros and cons of all the options I was considering. He never put pressure on me and was open and flexible about meeting my specific investment needs. He went the extra mile for me in my most recent transaction and managed an improvement I was very happy with. Overall the business process has been smooth and efficient and 100% met my needs.

Efficient service delivery. No hassles and fuss. Staff were all clear on the process to follow in selling some gold I bought in May 2023.

Purchasing (of course) seems effortlessly easy and simple. 4 years after purcashing a few gold sovereigns, i requested to sell. I had to call them twice to receive an email to sign my signature. The buy back price was ridiculous, the coins would sell for the exact same price as I purchased them for- despite the gold price increasing significantly since buying. Thank God it was only a tiny amount of money i put into buying these coins, I will be selling somewhere else for a better valuation.

Firstly, you shouldn’t have had to call our team twice - we will look into what happened there. And secondly, we know from benchmarking that our buyback prices are among the most competitive in the market and always based on the live gold spot price. We have rechecked the buy back price you were offered and can see it is significantly higher than the price you originally paid.
Clearly something is not right here and we have been trying to get in touch to try and resolve it as we don’t want to leave you feeling like this. Please do call us back if you read this in the meantime.

Convenient to deal with
The service is to the high standard. I was payed a lot of attention and my broker Kallum was very helpful. I was granted an opportunity to visit their office so that I made sure that they were genuine company and I was done some favors. For example, Kallum sourced me exactly the coins which I wanted - fresh out of mind gold Britannia. Or, they made it possible for me to come and collect the product on my own, instead of having it delivered to my doorstep(which I would hate, delivery is annoying isn't it?), so that I could use my preferred time slot and day, and so that I could check thoroughly every coin before taking them out.
