Aweful customer service and unrealistic return expectations for overly expensive clothing!
I received this item as a gift and qent to return it and they said ABSOLUTLY no returns after 7 days after shipping (even if in original packaging, not even for store credit). If you are giving this as a gift, DONT! The giver of your gift will be out a lot of money for something you will never use.
This company hides bad reviews. It’s a wonder that there haven’t been external reviews yet that aren’t done by influencers.
I bought a hoodie for 142$. The stitching in the shoulders was bad and would clearly unravel in the wash, and the stitching on the front unraveled within a week. I exchanged it, inspected the stitching on the new one and the same thing was happening.. so I exchanged it AGAIN. The third hoodie sent had 2 holes AND bad stitching. The company took about a week to respond to my requests and did not post my review of my experience even though three 5 star reviews showed up. They are hiding honest reviews about quality and posting good reviews on their site.
Don’t waste your money on something that’s going to unravel. If you do decide to purchase inspect all the stitching, especially around the shoulder and neck area and be aware that if you do a normal return it’ll cost you 30$, you do not get all your money back.
