Brilliant item! Great company. As someone whose body doesn't conform well to standard sizing I was elated to discover that their denim size guide for each item actually lists the measurements of the specific garment, not just the size its supposed to fit like most companies do. This makes choosing jeans so much easier and less traumatic. My jeans arrived, well packaged and fit brilliantly. Good strong denim and its organic! Definitely would recommend

Ordered a coat on a Thursday evening and it arrived by the Saturday, great! The coat sadly didn’t fit me and was far too big so I sent it back the following Monday. The coat arrived with Ragged Priest the following day (over two weeks ago now) and I’ve still not received a refund. I’ve had to raise a dispute as there’s no movement from their side. Really disappointed as I’ve loved this brand for years but I won’t be purchasing directly from them again.

The jeans smell worse than any pants I've ever purchased-- it's like chlorine (which I personally usually like) but mixed with something.... rotten or moldy? I laid them over a chair in my bedroom and the scent was still wafting over to me in my bed, it's that strong... I can still smell it 5 days later. The fit as advertised, but the color is a much lighter wash-- I'd say about halfway the darkness advertised.

Nice clothes but wouldn’t know about the quality as it never arrived. It seems as though someone at Evri (Hermes) fancied my item for themselves as they haven’t delivered it and kept it at the warehouse. If it’s not delivered this week, I’ll be reaching out to my bank for a refund, as by reading on here, tagged priest don’t like to give their customers refunds.

My absolute favorite brand, but the denim i ordered are way too big and i thought about the size for so long and returning is very complicated so more size guidance or not just thin models would be greatly appreciated! If you're looking for one, i would be a very cool addition to your brand!:)

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and both were quite tight. I understand that universal sizing is kind of a myth but I was pretty disappointed as I had to pay a lot for shipping to get replacement sizes. On the other hand, the sweater I ordered is great and cozy.

I paid £4.50 for my order to be send in 2-4 days, 6 days later there was no update to i emailed askeing where it was. i was told they’d look into it but 3 days after that they hadn’t got back so i had to email again where they told me it was “sent back”. i had the option for them to send it again so finally 11 days after i ordered i received it. i then had to pay £3.29 to return it after stating free returns on their email. I ordered two sizes but the jeans were the same waist and the bigger size was shorter anyway.

Nice cloths and good delivery, but poor information on returns and take far too long to get refund or notice to say they have received the return

I never received my refund from months ago! And customer service isn’t clear and I got no follow ups after returning. I’m hoping this can be resolved.

Where is my refund??? It’s been months now! The jeans were returned back to you in July!

It arrived at the right time.
The courier was nice.came to my door to hand me the package.Smiling throughout.

The first order I placed, took 2 weeks to ship out - which would have been fine if the website didn't say dispatch within 3-5 days. I was expecting it to arrive much sooner for an occasion but it didn't. My order was only shipped because I emailed asking when it would be shipped. The items didn't fit and I was able to return them via Inpost locker free returns. Free returns were advertised on the site too. It's been almost a month and my initial refund hasn't been processed still, I've told Klarna that it's been delivered since I can see that on the inpost tracking.

The same thing happened with the second order I placed. It wasn't dispatched until I got in touch and asked when it would be. I'd now like to return something but since then, free returns is no longer available. I got in touch via instagram because the inpost site was down, to find out that you've stopped doing free returns within the time of my order and me receiving the parcel.

Anyways, contacted them and explained - they paid for the postage.

Then had to prompt them AGAIN to refund both my ordered.

Literal crap

Great clothes at good prices.
But returning anything is dreadful.
No acknowledgement. Refund takes ages. Make sure you use a service with verifiable tracking.
