Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service! My order was meant to arrive within 5 working days. I received an email to say my order was complete the day after ordering, but no dispatch e-mail.
On Friday, 4 days after my order, I contacted Rainy Days who in all fairness responded quickly to tell me an item I had ordered was out of stock. However, why had I had to contact Rainy Days, surely they should have contacted me.
No apology for late delivery and they also had no alternative products. I asked for a refund, which I haven't yet received, nor have I received any correspondence about when my order will actually be dispatched. I won't be using this company again, as their customer service and stock monitoring is appalling
