I would recommend to never buy from THERALOGIX.COM

I would recommend to never buy from this website because the service of horrible and impossible to get a reply or solution.
This is my first time buying from them and i regret it already.
I placed my order since 6 days ago, when the website states: Orders received before 12 pm (noon) EST on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST, will ship the next business day.
when I tried to reach the customer service, one guy wrote me back and said I just made the order today when it was made last week! After I replied and said which is not true, he just stopped replying.
Each time I try to chat with someone online there is a robot responding with no solution all the time!
And there is no option for you to cancel the order and get your money back.
For me this just sounds as a complete scam!
If you don’t want to experience the same problems just avoid buying with them!
