$2,500 paid; no product received

$2,500 paid. Product never delivered. No refund. Company stopped responding.

I wired Theramedicare approximately US$2,500 on June 9, 2026 for a SkinPen Precision Elite.

After payment, Theramedicare told me there was a “mandatory 21% export clearance fee.” Because I was going to be in Indonesia, we agreed instead that they would deliver the product to my hotel in Ubud.

They confirmed this arrangement in writing and told me they were canceling the export declaration and retrieving the package.

I provided my hotel information and repeatedly requested a courier name and tracking number.

The product never arrived. Theramedicare stopped answering my emails. My attempts to telephone the company were unsuccessful.

I have since filed a formal complaint with the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, which has assigned the matter to its Directorate of Consumer Empowerment.

As of August 10, 2026, I have neither the product nor a refund.

These are not allegations about Theramedicare’s motives. They are the documented facts of my transaction. Based on my experience, I would not wire money to this company.
