Honestly surprised in a good way. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Shipping was on time, the product matches the description, and customer service was friendly and helpful when I contacted them. Overall, a great experience.
I have asked to return the order as it is defective and they have failed to respond. If they don't handle this issue faster I would have ro dispute the transaction.
I have contacted multiple times. It was a gift and only has one movement. The recipient was unhappy with the product and only tested it out. When asking to send back - I received replies to all emails requesting the same info (order number). Then customer service in NICE BOLD letters finally replied stating they only received one email regarding the return. Morons - and rude.
In addition, also in BOLD letters, the return policy in the reply emails indicate the package cannot be opened. How do you know if the product meets expectations without opening the package? Don't waste your money - they have better ones at Walmart for a third of the price.
They promise fast shipping while it took more than a month to receive the product. No support no reply to emails.
My Partner is a big sufferer with Arthritis and had been bombarded with social media adverts for the Therapalm massager so asked me to get her one. The Therapalm arrived but I don't know how much they are paying the people in the adverts to say how marvellous they are but it was really poor. The adverts show use on the neck but the distance between the massage hands is too small to fit comfortably as you can't adjust this and the action of the massager leaves your neck sore as it staying in the same place continuously.
The Returns policy of Therapalm as stated on their Website is that you can return the item for refund within 14 days under so I contacted Therapalm to say I would like to return the item and as it was not defective I was happy to pay the return post. After that SILENCE no response to many emails with a return delivery address my only course now is to claim through PAYPAL for a refund of the cost.
