This is a total scam, they posted mini-cube trays to provide a record of delivery.

Stay clear.

I placed an order on the 28th November for a gift for my partner as a Christmas present.
I've had no updates on tracking. I've sent multiple emails to two email addresses they have. There's no phoneline to call them on.
I will be reporting them as I think I've been scammed.
Disgusting company to leave people out of pocket before the holidays.

Ordered on 28 November can't get through to anyone in customer service and no updates on when it will arrive believe it to be a scam

Received today actually fits nicely in my front room, customer service was good as they actually sorted the missed delivery so thank you much appreciated

I wouldn’t even be putting 1 star if I had the option. What a scam!! Ordered 26th October still waiting finally got through to them and said it’s on the way to then be told they’ve cancelled it and I will be having a refund which I’ve still not had. Shocking service

I ordered my product 25th October for a Christmas present. I have not received it. I have not received any delivery details. When I eventually got through on the chat, they sent an automated message saying that the order has been fulfilled.. I am still waiting for a response about a refund that I am now requesting because I haven't received the order/product,..

Didn't expect it to feel so much like a real sauna, but it actually does! I use it every day after work, and it's honestly become my fave way to unwind. Setup was easy, and it's compact enough to stash in my closet when I'm done. Solid product, good experience.

Got this to help with muscle soreness after workouts, and it's been awesome.

I bought the portable suana from Therapy Sauna a few months back, and I'm so glad I did. It's easy to set up and doesn't take up much space, which is perfect for my apartment. I feel way less stressed after each session, and it's helped me sleep better too. Heats up quick, so I can hop in whenever I get a sec. Really worth it for the price.

They will take your order an never ship it. Do not buy from them.

Ordered on September 22 2024 and still have not received nor response to emails I have sent. And now the website is down. I do believe this is a scam

Scammer still waiting on a Order that I placed on the 21st September, emailed and filled in form on there site, Customer Service is No were, now asked to Cancel my order the last few Days and asked for refund, if I don't get answer by Friday I will be reporting this Scammer to Trading Standards and my Credit Card Fraud Team hopefully doesn't come to this..........

Had issues with damaged parts and slow customer service. Sauna works fine now and was fully resolved but the experience wasn't great. Hopefully, they improve their process.

It is so convenient to have everything in the comfort of your own home love the idea of it as sometimes gyms can be a bit daunting at times

The sauna works well, but customer service was hard to reach when I had a question. Eventually, they helped, but it took a tad too long. Good product, just needs better support.

This company is a scam and doesn’t exist. The email address doesn’t exist and if you google maps the address it’s just a disused shop.
