Distant Healing

I made contact with Liz following doing some research on distant healing with a open mind I thought I would try. I must say the exsperince was very true...I was able to receive the benefit and fully connected with various sensations that I had never felt before!! why I did ask my self from the tingle in the center of my left hand to warmth over my body....I must say today I woke feeling mentally refreshed & cleansed...I would recommend & will certainly try again.
