Hayley is amazing before I explained what I was suffering she just asked me lie on my back she held both feet and told me exactly where the problem was yes on my left hip area, I couldn’t believe it so 45 minutes my pain was receding and have booked to go back a week later thank you Hayley

My son has recently started cranial massage, so far he has 2 sessions. Each time has been very relaxed and welcoming, my son is always comfortable during the sessions. We've booked in a 3rd session as I'm keen to continue treatment.

I took my 4month old daughter to see Hayley for CranialSacral therapy, after months of battling colic, reflux and constipation issues, and getting nowhere with GP’s or Paediatricians. As a mum having been repeatedly told ‘its just what babies do’ or ‘she will grow out of it’ I cannot explain what a relief it was to meet Hayley, and have someone listen to my concerns thoroughly and most importantly tell me that she can help… and help is exactly what she has done. After the very first session my daughter was already 100x better than she was previously, more settled, no more hours on end of unexplained crying, feeding better, no constipation, sleeping well, no more reflux and all round a far more content and happy little girl. The weight of the worry I was experiencing was so much to carry, and Hayley has without a doubt improved the quality of life of my daughter, but also myself too. I cannot recommend Hayley and the team at Therapy Life Centre highly enough, I just don't know where we would be now without them.

My daughter has had 4 appointments with Carolyn and I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter is 12 and has suffered with severe mouth ulcers for around 10 years. When bad she can have 15 or more of them on her gums, tongue and throat so she is unable to eat, drink & even talk at times because they are so painful. After many GP appointments, blood tests etc we have only ever been told they are Canker Ulcers - no reason for them and no treatment, just the hope that one day they go away. After seeing Carolyn she is a different child and for the first time in years, she has no ulcers! The positive impact her sessions with Carolyn has had, has been lifechanging after the sudden death of her dad and starting senior school. I cannot thank Carolyn enough for everything she has done in helping heal her.

Wish there was more stars to give. Vanessa's technique and knowledge as a therapist is a gift and am so honoured to have met Vanessa and receive outstanding treatment. Vanessa massage pressure, technique and client care was a level I have never experienced before.

I received Sensory Sleep Massage helping to rebalance, ease tension, and focus on relaxation. I was nervous to begin with but Vanessa reassured myself, advised this was the best treatment for me and my massage was like a dream, easing all my tension and stress away.

Am so grateful to Vanessa and can't wait to see you again for another treatment.

We have been working with Carolyn at Allium Homeopathy for a few months now. Carolyn has been extremely patient and flexible with her approach as we've juggled lots of family demands and illness too, which is so appreciated.

We've found Carolyn so easy to work with, and she connects really well with the whole family. She really understands the unique pressures and strains of a family supporting a ND/SEN child.

Our daughter has had her first 'round' of remedies and we have seen a transformation to her sleep. She has been struggling with her sleep and anxiety hugely, and the remedies have been hugely helpful in improving her sleep which in turn has reduced her anxiety. This has had a massive, positive impact on us as a family and our daughter as an individual too. So grateful!

My daughter suffered with serious constipation and I was so lucky to get an appointment quickly.
After two sessions both the calmness of the session and the healing process we are back in business and even more regular then before. We are now working towards a restful sleep and less night terrors using this amazing therapy. We are already seeing the benefits. Thank you

Elise is a wonderful yoga teacher at therapy life centre. I experience chronic pain/nerve pain and am feeling so much relief after one session, since being unwell recently experiencing painful sensations tonight after the class these have massively improved, and I am able to rest a lot better.

She gave us clear instructions and was reassuring whilst reminded us to stay in the present through a mindfulness technique to keep us focused, and reduce stress and anxiety.

I’ve had sessions with Kim in the past for Reiki, reflexology and yesterday I’ve had CranioSacral session and all I can say is - she is an absolute gem! She makes you feel at ease, safe and I can always feel her deep passion and care for what she does. My daughter stoped having period pains and severe discomfort after few reflexology sessions with Kim.

CranioSacral session with Kim was absolutely amazing, she walked me though the process, was very professional, my body and mind always relaxes deeply in her presence because she has this angelic essence about her. I disconnected from days stress and surrendered to Kim’s flow of work as she worked her magic and I felt renewed and balanced after the session. Highly recommend!🌟

I started taking my daughter to see Hayley for cranialsacral therapy in May after seeing an Osteopath for over a month, with very little improvement. Hayley was fantastic! She really listened to the very long list of issues my daughter was experiencing and was very reassuring that she would be able to help.
Hayley’s sessions are very baby led and as my daughter developed and started moving around more, she adapted the way in which she treated her to ensure she was happy throughout the session.
Hayley came across as very kind, caring and professional! We were discharged in September and the difference in my daughter, especially her head shape and jaw line, is amazing!

Took my baby for craniosacral therapy after she gained a neck injury during birth and I could not recommend Hayley enough. We had a fairly severe case where my baby would not sleep on one side, causing some head flattening. After our first session with Hayley here we immediately saw a difference and it’s been amazing. She now has full range of moment and her head shape is getting back to normal. It also meant I could continue breastfeeding as her neck tension had been causing latch issues. I was a bit sceptical at first, working in the NHS myself and never hearing about this type of therapy, but I’m so glad i tried it and I’m a total convert now! It’s helped me and my baby so much thank you Hayley!

I have been having wonderful treatments with Makiko for several months and my skin has never looked so good. Her cosmetic acupuncture, along side her healing, makes me feel energised and so well.

Makiko is gentle, friendly, professional, kind and very knowledgeable.

Took my 6 week old for Craniosacral Therapy as she was so fussy and looked uncomfortable in herself following a c section delivery where forceps were used. She had a strong preference for resting her head on the left side. She has had 2 sessions so far and the difference is night and day with her! She is like a completely different baby and now has full range of movement in her head we are so pleased. I was a bit sceptical if it would work with her but I’m so glad I did the sessions with her, she has one more to go more as a check over that she is ok and I can’t recommend this treatment for those with fussy little ones enough! Thank you!

I attend the Pilates classes on Thursdays at 10.45, run by Hannah. Like others in the class, I have osteoporosis - I’ve also had multiple vertebral fractures. Hannah takes on board any limitations we may have and gently guides us through a series of floor based and standing stretches. It’s a friendly, safe and calming environment and I always come away feeling beautifully stretched in my body and easier in my mind. I’m so glad I’ve found this class!

I attend Pilates classes run by Hannah. I have osteoporosis and she runs a class on a Thursday morning at 10.45 to help people with the same complaint. Her lessons are excellent. If we are uncertain about doing any particular exercise because of our problems i.e. problems with our back etc she finds an alternative exercise that can be done with ease.

I would certainly recommend her.

I had my 1st Reflexology treatment today with the amazing Kim. I left feeling completely relaxed and restored. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and have rebooked. Would highly recommend this treatment!

I was recommended by both a friend and family member to book in at Therapy Life for a session for my son. He had lost the ability to walk and his legs were continually shaking and after not gaining any answers from the medics at two different hospitals, we booked to see Lorna for a cranial sacral session. From the moment we met Lorna, I knew we were in good hands. She completely put my son at ease; chatted to him, calmed him both physically and mentally and worked wonders to alleviate the tremors. The progress over 4 sessions was incredible. He is now fully mobile and back to ‘normal’, playing sport and leading a normal life.
We can’t thank Lorna enough. She has been absolutely amazing and given us our boy back!
