Thanks to the Raw Food World I'm trying new foods I never seen before!

I have been honestly satisfied with how quickly customer service answers my emails regarding raw food inquiries. They answered to the best of their ability and even helped me custom order a superfoods kit with replacements of one product for another. I have also been satisfied with the quality of their products so far. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in superfoods products. Keep up the good work!

So far I've only ordered the Dulse Sea Weed and the dates and found both to be excellent. Tasty and fresh. Service was quick.

I found working with staff was very easy. They always answered my email.
I do have a consern. I recieved a bogus shipping confermation from DHL.
Wanting more information so they could complete my shippment.
I feel this person compromized the order site of raw food world an attained my information.

While I am deeply grateful for your wonderful selection - which fits beautifully with our lifestyle... & your monthly specials rock! Your service is greatly lacking, even disappointing & you 'advertise' "ORDER TODAY, WE'LL SHIP TOMORROW" - which has NEVER happened for me. After being promised a couple of "at cost" almond butter jars for over 6 months (pd & waited, waited, waited, emailed 3x) - I had to just stop ordering. I received a nice note from Matt & figured I'd give RFW a try again... Placed my order last Tuesday 3.1 & TODAY is a week later TUESDAY 3.8... my order has NOT even shipped yet. I actually ordered some products from Nadine (L.L.) from CANANDA the same day, they arrived YESTERDAY - with "standard shipping." I love supporting small business - but I can order from Amazon & have the products in 2 days + with FREE shipping. With RFW, it can be 2 weeks...2 months. Sorry - not acceptable :(
