Can't get over expensive shipping…no matter how big the item to canada it is 20 dollars added to shipping, so if I purchase 3 items it is 60 dollars, even if it is a very small item. Doesn't make sense to me since I order online quite a bit.

I have been shopping for many years and have never had a problem. Always top quality products at great prices.

I was able to get a product that I haven't been able to find in the market for awhile (Cinnamon Red Maca). The transaction went very smoothly and I enjoy the genuineness of the owner. You receive a copy of a hand-written letter from the owner sharing his story which I thought was a nice touch and I could feel his sincerity. It's amazing what a difference it makes when you know the people behind the stores/products. I would highly recommend this site for any raw food purchases or health needs.

Beginning with what I don't like. They have inventory problems-shortages. It's not clear from the website. Found out by email they are out. Had to decide about substitute products or cancel order. Feels like waiting in line to buy an iPhone only to find out they are sold out.

On the good side. They available for communication to educate and gave me a lot of freedom to choose a refund or substitute stock.

Recommend daily updates on website when products are out of stock, like the way amazon does it.

I ordered a product and within a few days, it was on my doorstep! There were a couple of samples in the order as well as a nice thank you letter. It seemed very personal! I LOVE THIS! I have told my friends and will definitely order again.
