Lots of information on your website regarding the products you sell. It made it easy to make decisions on what to purchase. Love the personal note from Matt regarding ordering ( nice touch). Ease of ordering and paying whether by credit or Paypal. I only wish it wasn't so expensive to ship to Canada. With the Exchange rate on the Canadaian dollar to US funds makes it almost double the cost, the shipping just seemed extreme.

After placing my order online, I called customer service to add another product to my order. I spoke with a Sydney who placed me on hold for over 15 minutes until I finally hung-up. I have not been contacted since from anybody from The Raw Food World by phone nor email. I am on the verge of cancelling my order!!

I Love the raw food world they will definitely take care of you.. All products are amazing and I totally trust them to take care of me.....

Best dates I've ever had, moist and juicy as described. I bought 2 cases and going to freeze them, can't wait to try them in smoothies and desserts!

I am interested in the fact that every time I come into the warehouse, (I live locally, so I shop there) there is an entirely new crew of people. It is strange the amount of turnover that goes on there. The space seems more organized, but it is odd to have that level of turnover. It makes me wonder if it's a terrible place to work or something? The common denominator is your business. There simply aren't that many bad employees out there! Perhaps some soul searching as to why you can't hang on to staff would be good. That being said, everyone I have dealt with over the years has been kind, and helpful. I have never had a problem with any of the employees. On a separate note,... great products, and I appreciate being able to shop there.

Ive been on a journey to better health for some time.. I've come across many companies along the way to supply my desires for pure, clean, raw, organic, non-gmo, chemical free products. The Raw Food World is a wonderful company with awesome, truly passionate people behind it. When I saw a video of owners Matt and his wife leaving a Farmers market with some dripping wet madjool dates, I had to have some. Always looking for a way to kick up my smoothies. These were the richest, most moist, creamiest, fatest dates I've had 'to date'.. Just amazing. Anyways, they were better than expected. They even placed a sticker on the package, that it contained organic ingredients, do not irradiate. It's the little things..

LOVE everything I order. Makes me confident to try new products. All excellent ingredients, mindfully sourced...super tasty.

I trusted raw food world at first, then something changed and it wasn't as good and I did not trust at all recently when" Garden of Life" products were added to your website... ...they are dishonest ...just ask Mike Adams, the health ranger. Their powder currently has 2700 times the heavy metals than safe and then all went quiet. Scary Please bring back the old raw food world thank you Joan Wisher

My order was shipped promptly and the packaging definitely went above and beyond. I received my entire order and free samples, which was a plus. I understand that this site is for raw food devotees, but I am a vegan and just wished they had more stuff for us. If they did, I would definitely make this my first shopping destination.

Their dates are amazing, and they arrived quickly.

They accepted and confirmed my order and my payment on Jan 10th, 2016. By Jan 31 it had not received the shipment and I had not received any tracking number. I sent them a reminder by email; they said it had not even been shipped yet. They said they were sorry and "will get back to you tomorrow regarding this! Either with a tracking number or a solution to the problem!"
I did not receive any update from them since and now is Feb 2nd.
I was not my first order. I ordered from them several times in the past and I was satisfied with their work.

Update:
The same story repeated several times: they promise to contact me, time passes; they do not contact me as promised; I remind them; and so on. There was no progress with the order and no tracking number. Finally I asked them to return my money. They returned my money on March 10th. That was 2 months since I paid them and after more than 20 emails sent back and forth! However I paid them with a EURO credit card and somehow I lost 10 Euros; since the rate EURO/dollar had changed. They did not compensate me the lost money. They suggested a discount instead on my next order. But I am not sure I will order anything from them.

Just ordered a case of the medjool dates and they are just a moist and sweet as was shown on the vid I saw that made me buy them!! Thanks Matt and Angela for sharing your info, love, knowledge and delish products!
