Owner Has Massive Ego, Zero Customer Skills

Made an order almost two weeks ago, tracking says it's at the depot in a city near to me, hasn't moved for three days.

I phone the shop to ask them to make a note to call the shipping company on Monday.

Person on the phone immediately informs me that she does not work for the shipping company.
Then tells me it's too close to closing to make a note.

Then, with great ego and pride, informs me that SHE is the OWNER!!! And I need to "take my aggressive masculine energy, and redirect it to be more constructive...."

All I wanted was my package followed up on after the weekend.

I don't care what their selection is. I will never do business with her again.
