Is the worst company I have paid to have a service done.
I request for highlight on my hair which came to a total different colour, they send me the hair in a very poor condition, they did not even comb, treat the hair with serums or straightening the hair, I was told all their tools were broken.
I wish I could give at least 2 stars, but unfortunately I cannot as there was nothing positive about the transaction . The wig I ordered was ready made d and needed customisation which takes 2-3 days. It had been 9 and still nothing. After 1 week I emailed and no response , I also texted and no response and I used the chat function. I believe I got a reply on the 4th time and the seller stated that they would give me an update on the order that evening. Of course, didn’t get one so I followed up over 4 days each day and the only time I got a response was when I threatened a chargeback.
She then cancelled my order and I waited 10 days after that and no refund. I kept emailing , and none of them were responded to. Had to get a £600 chargeback from the bank. I had to get my friend to message her on instagram and only then she stated she couldn’t issue a refund because apparently it ‘failed’ bare in mind this was 2 weeks after issuing the refund she says . All this time you could not have just communicated that? Instead of ignoring my messages. (Must have sent about 12 in total) Would never order again also not convinced the ‘ready made wig’ was ever in stock. Poor communication.
