Originally was excellent platform for trading gold and silver, suddenly this message appears
"We will be consolidating all gold holdings into one location-Zurich Switzerland. Any gold holdings in London, Geneva and Singapore will be moved by February 28th 2019.For all silver we are offering no transaction fee or spread to move silver to gold. Thank you for being a valued customer and trusting us with your asset.

This is just an update if you hold gold, to let you know that all gold holdings have been moved to Zurich and that your gold has been converted into Tally. This does not mean that everything has changed but a few things have as outlined below:

As your gold has been converted into Tally, you now fall under TallyMoney T&C’s
To buy or sell your gold you will need to contact us directly to do this via email or phone as this cannot be done on the TRAC platform any more.

As Tally has now gone live you can browse the website for more information and download the app free of charge to use a better choice of mainstream money that doesn’t lose its value through inflation and is better insulated from economic uncertainty.

This caused me great concern that the gold and silver I held was now controlled by the real asset company and I sold my holding via the office concerned that no longer was able to have control over my gold and silver and did not feal confident in Tally a brand new venture.

The website doesn’t let me sell, they are currently charging me double fees on Silver deposits and the customer support is just ignoring any requests. I have not been waiting over a week for a reply, or even an acknowledgement.

I hope they get in touch so that we can sort this out and I can update this review but if not please avoid them.

re my previous rating, I have been contacted by The Real Asset Co. and they have resolved my issues quickly and politely. I therefore recommend this company as I believe I could not have got a better service.

Been with them for years and have always had excellent communication. Very professional service and boutique-investment experience. Perhaps not for you if you want to trade really big amounts fast but for everyone else, TRA is a safe, easy to use platform for investing in and owning physical precious metals.

The Real Asset Company is a hands-on, friendly and extremely user friendly option to invest in metals. Perhaps it used to be the best of the lot, but their recently introduced 'minimum storage fees' has scupperd that somewhat by rendering ownership of anything but large metal holdings relatively expensive..

I had a transaction I needed assistance with and I felt compelled to write a review after the assistance I received.

After trading a couple of emails me transaction was felt with, all issues resolved and the real asset co team went above and beyond to assist. Their responses were very quick and their customer service out standing.

I have invested in Lionsgold, which lead me to buy Goldbloc and some Silver from The Real Asset Company site. It's very early days but so far I have been very impressed. The platform is easy to navigate and setting up my account was very easy. I believe digital money is the future. This is a great way to invest. Good luck to everyone who finds this review helpful.

It took longer than the 3 days to have my details updated and more than 2 messages to get it put right which was disappointing. The rest of the service is good so far.

Excellent company, have been with them for best part of 10 years, no complaints at all. It's great to have a company small enough to be able to interact directly with its customer base, yet professional enough to do an excellent job.

I have been using the service for nearly 3 years, it is so easy to use and the service is fantastic. Nothing is to much of a problem the team are so helpful.
I can honestly recommend this fantastic service.

Nothing wrong with this company. I can see the attraction for people who don't know where to put their spare cash. Easy to transact and follow your holdings.
However, investing marginal amounts such as I have means the management fee becomes quite expensive in percentage terms, natch!
An indicator for this may help smaller investors decide how best to place their holdings.

Very efficient and friendly. I knew nothing about investing before signing up to the real asset company and found all the info I needed on their website and when I needed to call them I got through straight away to a member of their staff who answered all my questions.

I have come to see that the companies system's very elegantly designed, with various options to make deposits into my account.
