Poor pathetic technical support never go with this company

if you use their toll-free number they will reroute your calls and sell them to other people. they are a scam company and please never use their services instead look for other alternatives.

They are chor (thieves)...they will sell your customer data to third parties, who will then scam your customers. They keep their commission with those scammers...they are illegal voip minutes providers who are selling in india through grey route. When you ask for invoice they give illegal invoices..
They say they are based in nepal, but all these stupid scammers are sitting in noida...

You need to hire an executive just to talk to THE REAL PBX. one executive name Shubham and VIssi are always rude. Never recommend The REAL PBX to anyone. from last 15days i havent got any updates on my ticket "178063", verified each and everthing but i reall dont know what these guys wants. very disappointed with the service.

They will sell your precious data to tech support people dont trust ghis company

Never enroll any services with this organisation
they are complete fraud, they will sell your customers info to third parties
and they also litsen to recordings and fetch confidential information to sell to fraud companies for different scams

chat never available and don't think to call them on their phone number their waiting time is 50-60 min I have screenshots of their waiting time on calls every day there is some or other problem. Worst company scamming people their money. False promises fake promises every inch. Rude and arrogant support team. Group of scammers from India.

we reported toll free numbers to therealpbx.com and they did not investigate our complaints. this company is run by indian scammers for indian scammers trust me.
they have many sister companies mentioned below. its the legal and moral duty of a company if received any complaint should investigate and shut down those toll free numbers but they did nothing.These are all same and once company operated by indians.
