Damage to articles in transit to TRR. Negligence in certifying $18,000 Gurhan necklace. Arrived in a plain box rattling around with no jewelry pouch or anything. Despicable. No interest in supporting customer questions about expensive articles — Jewelry especially. I’ll just never forget a 22kg Gurhan necklace and it’s arrival to me.

In fairness, my experience is based on what the competition offers--free returns without shipping costs or "processing fees." It makes the Real Real the last place I look for products--thus, when I find it elsewhere, I don't even look at Real Real.
