Harley part ex

My husband bought a Harley of them last year with no problems. This year 2026 he had made a deal with Matt to part ex the Harley for a Triumph got to the stage of paying the balance when he got a message saying it had been sold when Matt was at a funeral. The same Triumph is still for sale a month later? Have now lost all trust in them. Have been asked for date of experience 30/06 when he first contacted them 31/07 was when they said it was sold so was strung on for that long!
