Untrustworthy and poor communication

This company collected around 300 roof slates from my parents in November, promising to pay for the good ones once they had been checked.
They had checked them a week later, but they have since palmed my parents off with various excuses about their payment system being down, phone system being down, being unable to make a bank transfer and even refusing my parents' offer of driving over to collect payment in cash.
Do not use or trust this company.

I will update/remove this review if payment is ever made.
