home within 24 hours of my call for help.
I was post surgery , on crutches when the mechanism on my old recliner gave up.
Paul was professional, efficient and friendly and got my chair back working for me.
Highly recommend.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Paul - I needed a recliner chair for my Mum who is quite unwell & has mobility issues, making visiting a shop very difficult. Paul video called us to show us the chairs in his showroom & then came to see my Mum on the same day to allow her to try out a chair for herself. Paul was exceptionally patient and gave Mum the utmost respect while deciding on the chair. Now that Mum has the Celebrity chair she never wants to get out of it!

Travelled to the recliner showroom in Gorey on the 7th March with my brother in law who was the one that was interested in getting a chair. After spending time in the shop with Paul, sitting in the chairs and seeing the quality, how comfortable they were and the different features like the lumber support I was sold. I have spinal osteo arthritis and find it impossible to get comfortable in a chair and I have tried quite a few. My chair arrived 2 days later and it's been so fantastic to sit in such a great quality chair. Thanks Paul for looking after us and I would highly recommend the recliner showrooms in Gorey for anyone needing a recliner chair.

It’s now 4 months since we got my parents new recliners from The Recliner Showroom. From start to finish Paul was professional and kind. He has a great knowledge and we felt we got excellent advice. They ended up with different chairs, covered in matching fabric and both are perfect for the person. Not a day has gone by since they got their chairs that they are not pleased with their choices. Fantastic service from Paul from start to finish. Paul facilitated an appointment for my parents on a Sunday evening as we were travelling where they had ample time to try every chair of which there were many!
Once chosen the chairs were delivered as promised and on time to Co. Carlow. I would highly recommend on quality and service.

Had a problem with 2 reclining sofas that had water damage to the electrics.Spoke with Paul and sent him a couple of photos...Paul made contact..arranged a visit and Hey Presto in 10 mins the problem was solved and back in operation..No theatrics or exhorbitant charges..First class job and I would recommend his company and personal services to anyone

I truly can’t praise Paul enough for helping me find the right recliner chair so quickly and efficiently. Having had a fall before Christmas followed by 2 weeks in hospital, it was vital to have a suitable chair to aid my recovery after getting home. I was very impressed by the service offered by The Recliner Showroom when buying a chair for my father. From first contact, Paul was very helpful in going through all the options and key considerations when choosing a chair. I was reassured by his obvious expertise and by his focus on finding the right chair for his customer. Since Paul offers a nationwide service, he delivered to West Donegal without delay, and Dad now has a chair that meets his needs and he's delighted with it.

I have been dealing with Paul for the last number of years and I can't recommend him highly enough. Very courteous and professional in his dealings. What a refreshing experience - mostly when you need a recliner it is for the comfort of a loved one and something you want to sort swiftly. Paul is so knowledgeable patient and helpful, that the whole process of getting the right one for the individual was painless - a bit like a personal tailor. We visited Paul just before Christmas and, despite setting a very challenging deadline of needing the chair by 14th January due to our son returning home from major surgery, Paul went above and beyond to make it happen.

He worked with the UK supplier and personally ensured the chair was delivered on time today. The chair itself is beautifully made and exceptionally comfortable.

I phoned Paul at the Recliner Showroom 2 days before Christmas as I was looking for a recliner for my elderly father with specific requirements. As I couldn't visit the showroom as we're in Dublin, Paul showed me around the showroom on a video call. He explained the type of chair that would be suitable for my Dad's needs and showed me how they worked. His knowledge and expertise in the products gave me confidence that I had chosen the right chair.
