Title:Good communication and smooth hiring process


Review:
I recently applied for a warehouse position and had a positive experience with the team. The recruitment process was straightforward, and communication was clear throughout. The staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciated how quickly things moved. I’m looking forward to starting and being part of the team.

Atrocious communication

They contacted me regarding a position I had applied for online. The message stated that the position was due to start the following night.

They sent me a link to their website, asking me to upload any relevant documents to complete registration.

Finally I followed up with them via text, as they requested. Since then, they have completely ignored any messages I have sent to them. They have read them, as RCS messages provide read receipts to confirm this. I've tried following up with them, but unfortunately still no reply. I cannot recommend this agency - it is abundantly clear that their communication is poor, to say the least.
