I have just deposited £225 today. Each £25 deposit they take between £26 and £29!!!! I only noticed when I got my bank statement!!! So they took £20 from my bank illegally. I am going to get my bank to chase this scamming company up. Also, the slots are fixed. For each £1 played and deposting £25 I got two winnings, one for £1 and another for £2. I estimate out of the £225 deposited I have won twenty pound !!!!! Please do not waste your money on this site it is a scam. Please read all the reviews. None of these people are lying. I have tried to close my account but it is still open!!!

Well, I joined this site about a month ago, in the first few days I deposited around £200 in total, played on slots and ultimately didn’t win anything. So last Thursday I deposited out of boredom, £25, low and behold got it up to £450 on different slot games (I never use bonuses because I think that’s when people seem to have problems). Sent my documents for verification Friday morning, approved within 2 hours, requested withdrawal to my bank and it arrived about 2 hours ago. I think a lot of complaints come from people who are annoyed that they’ve had to wait and then reverse their withdrawal and lose it (been there!)
The reason I don’t give a full 5 stars is because there’s no live chat, support team are very slow to reply to emails compared to other sites and the website does say 24 hours for pending withdrawals when it’s more like 72.

I should have taken notice with the reviews but thought I would give it a go anyway. I REPEAT DO NOT GO ON THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Am in the process of getting my money back from the bank as they will investigate but I've learnt my lesson good and proper.

Complete scam! Do not deposit a penny! They have withdrawn over £1500 from my bank and when it came to me winning wouldnt pay a penny back. The banking transactions came from a russian money laundering firm. How on earth these have not been shut down is beyond me!

The reason I gave it three stars is that customer service can only be contacted by email. Whilst they always reply they can be slow. Also, the minimum deposit is £25 and the minimum withdrawal is £100. The maximum withdrawal is £500. Although it doesn't say this in the terms and conditions that's what it was.

I withdrew £1000. The know your customer verification was efficient. The withdrawal process was average- I withdrew the first £500 (max withdrawal) on Monday morning it was in my bank on Thursday. I withdrew the second £500 on Thursday. It was in my bank on Monday.

Overall I would say it's a good website, the interface and in play betting graphics are good. The odds, cash out and variety of markets are also good. The customer service and withdrawal times are average.

Please do not use Red Lion Casino, I won £115 last year and never received my winnings, they then stopped answering my emails. They are a scam where they will take your money but won’t pay out even if you only win small they will never pay out

Signed up a while ago deposited it once won £1500 tried to withdraw said no then next day £1500 gone disappeared so received a warning from my bank to say multiple charges where made when I looked I discovered £575 was stolen from my account from Japanese clothing company who’s website is fake because their email address to contact the company does not exist, these are running finances through fake companies, which is shady and looks like a money laundering or scam or both once you deposit they are stealing your details and stealing your money and probably your identity too since I’ve had over 200 emails, 20 calls from HMRC scams and text messages saying I owe money, all scams they are selling your details and aren’t UKGC registered and also listed on the Blacklist and fraudulently scam list.

They’ve sold off my phone number to a few different gambling companies and now I get daily messages with adverts for other gambling websites. No way to stop them as they come from a different number each time

Wish I had read other people's reviews before signing up. When I saw the reviews I tried to get them to close my account. Emailed and messaged every day for 3 weeks with still no response at all. I had sent documents for verification as requested but they said not suitable, so I was not able to withdraw any winnings and of course you play them again which is what they want. Several other casinos in this group so do your homework and avoid them.

They do not respond to emails. I have asked them to close my account several times and I have heard nothing from them and my account has not been closed. Another annoying thing is that you cannot limit your deposits or take a break without going through the support centre and the chances of getting a response is nil. I have uploaded my documents so that I can withdraw, but nothing happens. 😡😡😡 bad site, and although it tempting to deposit sometimes, I avoid this casino like the plague.
