I ordered the Day and Night Eye Allergy…
I ordered the Day and Night Eye Allergy pack from the website. This is eyedrops and a tube of ointment for the eyelids.
What I received was just the eyedrops.
I called the customer service number and left a voicemail.
Called the number again on Monday morning and talked to somebody. She told me she would check into it and call me back. No call by Tuesday morning so I initiated a chat on the website. I was told that they no longer make that product. My connection then dropped with no resolution.
I could have bought the eyedrops at a local store and saved the shipping charges.
I found the ointment I was looking for on a different part of the website.

The best eye drops ever
The best eye drops ever. I always worried that some of the other eye drops were harmful for my eyes long term and now I can put those worries aside. I experienced instant relief after having dry itchy eyes throughout the day. Love this product!

Grossly deceptive advertising; NOT "natural" eye drops.
This company practices deceptive marketing. All of their supposedly "natural" eye drops are preserved with benzalkonium chloride, which is well known to cause or exacerbate dry eye with frequent exposure. Very few legitimate artificial tear type products are preserved with BAK anymore because of the known risks to the cornea. Yet this company states in their marketing materials that the products contain "no harsh chemicals", have "no side effects", and are "contact lens friendly". This company also makes many medical claims for their products that are not allowed by the FDA for anything except approved prescription drugs.
Buyer beware. Talk to your eye doctor about whether BAK-preserved eye drops are safe for long term daily use.

We do not market our eye drops as artificial tears, nor do we make any medical claims that are disapproved by the FDA. As such, all TRP products conform to Federal Regulations 21 CFR 210 & 211, which are FDA’s highest standards for purity and sterility in pharmaceutical products.

I really like the eye drops (floaters)…
I really like the eye drops (floaters) so far. I think it might take awhile for the drops to do their thing and I'm ok with that. I was just glad to see a company that was taking a natural approach to it. I just have one floater and it's a bit annoying. So I hope that these drops will slowly dissolve it.
