My order wasn't delivered the first time, customer support service was great and they sent another package, it arrived a few days after my complaint. As for the product, I enjoy it a lot, can feel the difference, being more active during the day, and don't get fatigued on the same extreme levels as before. I am living with TBI and fatigue after brain damage is one of the most disturbing things. I love this product so far)

It can take 2-3 weeks to begin to see results and up to 60 days to see the full results, so don't be discouraged. We recommend continuing to use the product as directed for several weeks to see if you notice a difference. Shipping Offer
In an email, I was offered "free shipping ($6.95) if you spend $30 or more."
I placed my order and was charged a flat fee of $9.99.
I inquired if I qualify for the free shipping offer (I am in Canada)
but did not receive a response.
On a brighter note, I would like to thank "Billie" for packing my purchase in beautiful (peacock coloured) tissue paper with a cheerful "thank you" sticker. A lovely touch.

Loved how the product was packaged. Simple, nothing fancy but organized indeed, I will say for such a small product having a box that's 9½ in for this small order may have been overkill, lol. First time trying Arthritis Theeapy …
For the first time I tried the arthritis therapy tablets, and I must say I was pleased with this product it aided in giving me temporary relief as stated. After the pill dissolves, so did my pain, and I relief for the entire day after taking 3x’s a day. I will be purchasing this item again.

Company has great customer service.
Took for a few days notice not as much pain. But had diarrhea from the start. Looked at ingredients on bottle and found in small section saying lactose in it. Due to being lactose tolerance I stopped taking and notified company. Received an email from them that they will give me refund for product and not to send it back. Share with someone who has fibromyalgia. Just disappointed that I wont be able to take..

Back in 2000 I found the relief…
Back in 2000 I found the relief products at a vitamin store. I bought the smoking relief and was able to gk e up the cigs after 1 & 1/2 bottles of this product. I will forever be grateful! Now I have joint issues and ordered the Fibromyalgia relief..I will review after I have tried this.

Was looking for something to relieve…
Was looking for something to relieve the pain in my hand due to (I assume) arthritis, without going to the doctor, at this point. The OTC Tylenol arthritis isn't helping. That's why I looked online for something different. The reviews looked good so I'm hoping.....? Ordering was quick/convenient.
