Amazing service, genuine people who go above and beyond in their services. I moved from my 2 bedroom flat from Battersea to Wandsworth and had the best experience, attentive, experienced and friendly. Big thanks to Alan and his team, very professional guys and above all gave me the peace of mind i needed for my move.

The team led by Max moved us out of Greenwich into storage for a month. They then moved our belongings out of storage into north London. They are very friendly and efficient. Was the best overall quote at £1300. Everything came back except a broom! Max even helped me with my plants that weren’t being transported. My only qualm was the added £100 to the job for sofa packing, which as they’d been for a quote was disappointing. Overall I would use them again and recommend.

Do not use "The Removals" . We agreed on a fixed 600 GBP quotation for one bedroom packing and removal job. A representative even came to our property for a survey before the move, so they knew exactly what they would be packing. Instead of taking 600 GBP they decided that they want more. Even before finishing to unload the cargo they complained that there was "much more stuff than they expected" and they would like to get 750 GBP instead.

The move went smoothly. We used the company twice as we stayed with them in storage for a month. Price was good, service friendly. The team who done work on both days worked carefully and listened to our instructions. They laught with us when we moved sofa 3 times as couldn't decide which room it fits better. Well we moved from studio to 3 bed place with so much space and so less stuff. Worked with smile and good mood.

Moved recently from Crystal Palace to streatham hill. Team came on time, worked hard and were smiling all the time even with our dog zooming around all the time. Had no issues even us being on second floor with no lift.

The team moved my elderly parents. Looked after their life worth possessions with care. Followed my mums strict instruction. Can't thank them enough. Well done!

Last minute job booking. I was let down by different company who had to move us that day. They came 2 hours after my call. Worked their socks off. Highly recommended. Thank you

Team were very professional. They moved my parents to Devon recently. They managed to please even my mum which is so fussy. Parents had lots of stuff as they moved first time in 50 years. Will definitely use them again

We wanted to express our gratitude to the team who worked hard for 2 days during our move. We chose the company after we saw our neighbour being moved by them few months ago. They provided us with very competitive quote. Done complete packing which was easy part according the team. The moving day was hot hard and stressful. We were delayed to get our keys and some of our large furniture didn't fit in the main door. Lucky we have good new neighbours which we met first time same day and they let team to cross their garden. Apart from that all went well and arrived in one piece.

I will never use this company again.

First of all they arrived over an hour late. I called up the office 3 times to find out where they were and 3 times the manager hung up the phone on me. Eventually he called back and said they had left and were on their way. And they turned up with 3 men instead of 2, but I didn't think anything of it at first. They emptied the flat pretty quick and when they arrived at the new place they complained about the distance from where their van was parked to the entrance of the house. That's not my fault. I didn't design the building. And this is their job. To complain to the customers face is rude in my opinion. They were making faces and huffing and puffing about it. They were not careful with my boxes despite me clearly labelling 'FRAGILE, GLASSES' on the box. But anyway they got the job done in 3 hours. Then when it came time to pay, they called their manager and I was told by the driver it was £60 an hour instead of £50 because of 3 movers. I said fine. Then when I went to pay over the phone, the manager tried to tell me he had emailed me previously to let me know he was sending 3 men which is not true. He did not email me. He said it was actually £65 not £60 an hour. I flipped out by then. I said I would pay £60, not £65 seeing as his people were over an hour late. They're disorganised and the manager is very shady. Next time I move, (and unfortunately I will have to move again in about 7 years), I will go with a more professional company.

We moved a 2 bed flat from London to Oxford. The Removals price was very competitive. We had quotes a bit lower but also a lot higher, but what made us go with The Removals was their professional and friendly staff. The original quote we got through a comparison site stayed the same after their friendly surveyor checked over our flat.

Every single point of contact was very efficient (responding within hours to emails is a big plus!) and friendly.

They had one of their guys drop some boxes round before moving day so we could pack a few valuables - no extra charge. Great service!

On the day we had 4 guys and 2 trucks to move our stuff. They were all extremely friendly and polite and did a really good job. Nothing was damaged or broken. The only very small minus is that they did not label our boxes very well (they did the packing as well), so a lot of things went into the wrong rooms on arrival, but this does not bring them down to 4 stars as the overall service was fantastic.

Overall I would most definitely recommend The Removals.
