Allegedly Wellform sent out a welcome pack giving a 28 day free trial before subscription to The Rewards Club. No such pack received. Pre recorded phone message acknowledged they were part of the same but customer disservice member denied the debit appeared on her account. Had to demand a supervisor who immediately acknowledged what had happened and has agreed to refund £38.99 that was never agreed to. This passive opting in is unethical in every way!!

These people are theives, and fraudsters, come on the phone give a never ending talk on what they do, they dont take details, but low and behold, you get letters with a membership number and that they will take £65.99 from your registered card, well that would be good if i gave them one, which i did not, but to my horror £65.99 has now shown on my statement. As someone else mentioned these are a sister company to easylife, which we bought products from during covid, and as the card payment as accepted with easylife, these b.......ds as they are a sister company can use the data to thieve of you, be aware and hang up if they contact you

I noticed a payment of £76:99 had been taken from my mother's account. She is 107 and lives in a care home, so I deal with her money for her. After researching the company on the internet I found they were somehow connected to Easylife. I had ordered items for my mother from them in the past but not for at least 3 years. My first port of call was to go to the bank and report fraud. They couldn't deal with it in the branch so gave me the phone number of their fraud line. They advised me that I should try to deal with the company directly. I rang the company on a number I found on their website and said an unauthorized payment had been taken from the account and I wanted it refunded. I have to say there was no argument at all from the person I spoke to. They agreed to the refund and 3 days later it was back in my mother's account. It was an unnecessary worry for a few days but in the end easily resolve, of course it should never of happened. I will never deal with Easylife again because of this experience.

This company took £81.99 for a subscription I have no knowledge of, not signed up for. After some research this company is connected to EASYLIFE which I bought a low cost item in 2020. This is the only way they could have obtained my Bank details.
I have requested from EASYLIFE who they gave my bank details to - I am still awaiting a reply.

So, they took £56 from my father's account. This was a surprise as he had no idea who they are. We phoned and they had no record. Eventually tracked down an account that was cancelled 3 years ago and the payment was a "system error". Now have to email them to confirm who we are so they can refund the money. Lots of hassle for something that is their fault.

Rewards club who I have never heard of have taken two payments out of my bank account which I DID NOT AUTHORISE. This was done on 8th October 2024. One was £19.99 and the other was £39.00
This has happened after I ordered from Easylife and I count this as theft! Please organise a refund!

Like many other reviews, The Rewards Club (or POD Clubs) operating from mail orders from EasyLife , have taken substantial amounts in successive months from a family member and was told she was expecting a free trial. She didnt sign up for this but previously made a purchase from the mail order magazine ( which was subsequently returned because it was not fit for purpose). The Bank alerted her to this and despite many requests to cancel her "subscription" and refunds these charges no acknowledge of this instruction has been received so the Bank will take over. Beware of these people, they pray on the elderly and should be shut down. Shame on you EasyLife for passing on these details

Disgusting company . Prey on the elderly . They say they have signed up for a club when they haven’t . They bombard people with phone calls . They take money out of your bank unauthorised . When you call them they put the phone down on you . Disgusting scam company , should not be allowed to trade

This company are part of easylife company and premier offers avoid at all costs.

This company is a disgrace, despite acknowledging that they had cancelled the books subscription (in writing) we have proof, they have taken a further 81.99 from my mother in-laws bank account. Is this even legal!! She is distraught and has followed all of their instructions with regard to cancellation policy.

Keeping an eye on my father's bank account (he's 83) we have just realised - as others seem to have done on here - that two payments (the only ones we can see at the moment) of £18.50 seem to have been collected directly from his account. There was a phone number attached to the details of the transactions, so we called it. Got through immediately and were told that this was because he had not cancelled the free trial he'd agreed to earlier in the year. The thing is, that nothing has been bought from Easylife since my Mum made an order (paid for by my Dad) before she passed away in 2021. He has occasionally continued to receive the catalogue, but to the best of my knowledge, orders nothing from catalogues at all, says he has bought nothing from Easylife and has definitely not agreed to any free trial from anyone. Has Easylife been hacked? or is the whole thing a scam? We have advised the fraud team at the bank and hope to have the money refunded.

Looks like I’ve been scammed by them too. £100 gone for nothing. Hope I can block them when I try. It’s terrible.

Mum just received a letter from VIP Rewards Club today (03/10/2024) to say they would be taking £299 for her 'Yearly Membership' in 10 days time 'as agreed'.

She doesn't have any Membership with any organisations.

Looking at everyone else's comments it's a complete and utter scam that has worried her.

The bank fraud team are now involved.

£76.99 taken from credit card without my authorisation. Purchased goods from Easylife 3 years ago. Should not be allowed to pass on personal information.

Not having used Easylife in at least 8-10 years, was shocked to have a payment for a subscription suddenly appear on my credit card. Have requested no contact in the past and still receive calls and catalogues. I am never using them again!!! It is disgraceful that they keep your details and then take unauthorised payments. Luckily I am switched on to my accounts and purchases. What about the more vulnerable? Disgraceful!!!!

Disgraceful Company, Hold / Keep peoples addresses, bank details to take money out without anyone knowing. Asked to cancel the policy in which they said they would but took 3 payments out of the bank account within 3 days which was£90 and in total £177. Need to be reported!!.

Scam artists, drawing money or of people bank accounts. My aging mother has over £160 drawn out in a month. Reported to bank and police

I thought I was fairly savvy/scam aware but I got sucked into this one! Couldn't understand why my bank account had nothing in it at the end of the month - then I found a number of withdrawals from 'The Rewards Club'! There were FOUR payments of £17.88 over just 6 weeks plus one payment of £65.99 and another of £76.99. I was given 'The Rewards Club ' number by 'Easylife' and rang them. They cancelled all my subscriptions, including 'the pet club' (I don't have a pet) and this morning (Wed 18th Sept) I received a full refund. I've also been into my bank to block any future payments! Can't believe Easylife gave them my bank details!!!

The rewards club rang me they've rung before they must be using a different phone number as when they last rung I blocked them never entertain cold callers
