Regaining Confidence After a Fall

The 5 day rider challenge on regaining confidence after a fall was informative, positive and well presented. The presenting team worked collaboratively and gave useful exercises and advice. The links for accessing the program and replays were a bit problematic (thus the 4 stars) but I am sure that will be remedied in future offerings.

I am new to yoga and started this…

I am new to yoga and started this course a few months ago. I am really enjoying it, my posture, balance and strength are already better. Taisie and Annabel are so encouraging and clear in their instructions, it’s been of great benefit to me

Highly recommend the postural…

Highly recommend the postural assessment with the Riders Programme!
The assessment was done via zoom which makes it possible for anyone in the World to have the invaluable feedback from Annabel and Taisie on what your posture is and how it may be limiting your movement or progress in physical activities; this especially important for horse riders.
I found it very clear and easy to follow their instructions for the assessment. It only took around thirty minutes and was so informative and interesting, everything was explained so that I could really understand why I had certain postural issues.
I received a full report with steps to take towards daily improvement with my posture. I found that the assessment made an immediate difference in my riding, which of course improved my horses way of going as I was able to sit more evenly in the saddle and give clearer aids!
I have taken the exercise suggestions forwards and continue to see positive physical changes in myself and a heightened awareness of my posture.
The assessment is a perfect addition to joining the Riders Programme yoga course as it will set your body up in the most essential way for correct balance, alignment, strength and development,
Thank you so much Annabel and Taisie!
