I ordered 3 items with these guys and only received 2. I contacted them and highlighted the packing slip didn’t match my order and they’ve just ghosted me! Very dodgey company! Don’t purchase from here!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

DO NOT USE: If I could give them a zero I would. I used this platform to hire a UGC creator 3 months ago thinking that paying for this type of service would get me higher quality talent. All that's happened is that the talent got sent my products and is now refusing to deliver her video. She scripted the video and had me approve it, but she hasn't bothered doing anything else. The Right Fit is just a scam.
I have been a member of The Right Fit for several years. The service offered was great until they changed from a website to an app. Now I can't log in and they refuse to do anything about it. Avoid them like the plague.
Didn't get paid for a job .. tried to call many times but no one called me back even though I told them I am unwell with hypertension
My experience of this agency is extremely poor. When I first made contact as a photographer wishing to source models for my work, they were encouraging and suggested the minimum rate that I should offer and the minimum time to engage the model. Based on these information, I wrote up an advert for them to post. This was refused by the owner of the agency on the basis that I asked applicants to be sincere and not refuse the job if offered, and for them to look like their photos on the agency's website. Apparently, she considered these simple requirements to be combative and told me that she had to protect her models. I was extremely puzzled but amended my advert to exclude those words. Yet she still declined to accept my advert. When I tried to argue my case, she said that she had to protect her models from "verbal and emotional harm." I thought she was massively overstating her case but what can you do?
My feeling is that this agency is run by someone who's capricious and unreasonable. The owner is an ex-model and bats for her models so, if there is a dispute she is very unlikely to see the casting manager's side of the story. So, if the model is late or rude or unprofessional or turns up not looking like their photos, you may have to suck it up.
I got many applications for my campaign but haven't got time to work with the influencers. They look more professional than other platforms.
