Avoid The Rise Group – Ignored My Cancellation Request

I contacted The Rise Group (therisegroup.co.uk) to cancel a company formation order, but I have received no response at all. I sent an email explaining the situation and asking for confirmation of the cancellation, but no one has replied.

It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially when dealing with something as important as a company registration. A professional business should at least acknowledge emails or provide updates. So far, the customer service experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.

I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they can get proper support before using this company.
