magnetic lashes applicator broken
I ordered magnetic lashes . The package arrived and the applicator needed to apply them was broken . I sent a picture of the snapped applicator and asked for a replacement to be sent . They replied saying “ upon review we won’t be replacing’’ !!! I’ve sent them a pic of the broken applicator not sure what else I could have done . I DO NOT RECOMMEND 😡

A waste of money and poor customer service
I received a set of eyelashes and a magnet was missing from one so it was unusable. The company only offered me a 20% refund which is totally unacceptable as I can’t use just one eyelash. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them as you aren’t covered by the sale of goods act

This company does not refund even though it offers this on the website. Consumer right act 2015 advises that if buying online you can request to return and receive a full refund . This company will not refund f breaking o consumer rights . Am planning on reporting this company . Terrible products not fit for purpose and badly made . Don’t waste your money

Lashes took ages to arrive despite website showing a UK address.
When I contacted them I kept getting a generic response saying they have been dispatched.
Made an error by not reading reviews first, product is rubbish but if you do want to try them I found them cheaper and quicker on Amazon!

12 day Japan tour
We had a 12 day tour in Japan with Riviera which was excellent
Our tour manager Paul was knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional . He made the tour exceptional
The local guides were very good
The hotels we stayed were excellent too
Will recommend this tour 100% and Paul too

Order arrived after 5 weeks ,ordered 2 pairs of trousers exactly the same product different colours and they are different sizes emailed them and I'm told I can't return fir a refund even though it says in thier site I can ,the quality is very poor and probably cost a couple of pounds to make so I've probably paid around £40 over the odds for them .
