Classic Italy Tour - wtg refund.
Following my previous review, I had a response via Trustpilot to say all refunds had been made to my travel agent. However, my travel agent has not received the refund of £79 paid for an early entry guided tour of the Vatican. If Riviera consider they have refunded this I would like to know the date and how this was communicated to my travel agent.

I liked my brown short set, cute lounge wear I disliked the slow delivery & can be improved with hiring adequate customer service that know what they are talking about

My brother and I got a couple tracksuits from here last month during the sale and we both love them, the stitching couldve been a bit better though

Never got my order after 3 months of waiting. Their email address they provide in order to contact them, has no domain, and is not found, so no way to successfully contact them.

I also created an account with them to see my order, but they have since changed their website domain name, and website, and there is no longer an 'account' option.

I ended up getting a refund from my bank.

I would stay far away from this company, and listen to the similar reviews as mine.

Update:
As you can see Riviera have replied to my review, discrediting it, rather than replying to my issue that I had with their store. Funny how they never replied to my emails, but replied to my bad review, trying to divert the issue, and lying. What a shame.

These guys are still trying to scam us with all there new promotions “ free Jordan’s for the next 10orders” what a scam ffs guys don’t fall for it it doesn’t make sense. These guys used to be a decent company until now where they don’t have licence to sell there just Theif's and don’t be dumb and listen to the post list I’ve reviews they’re all fake. 🖕🖕🖕

Please stop the fake bs we all know you’re scammers read all the reviews. Give me my refund or ship out my order ffs

Placed my order on the 25th September still yet haven’t received nothing. Emailed 3 times and even tried contacting their management. I was left on seen through their instagram. I am incredibly disappointed As i ordered the patch black tracksuit for my nephew as a gift . Terrible customer service

I read the reviews about some people getting their items and others not getting them, I was a bittt iffy to buy from here incase it is a sham, but then again what company has 5* reviews? I copped a jacket and coat end of August thinking that's enough time to get ahead of the cold weather. Wrong. As the cold hit, still no items. TWO months later I've finally received my coats yesterday. The puffer feels extremely thick and warm, the varsity jacket I'd have to save for spring.

I ordered and payed for a jacket I did not receive it , you said it was out of stock , I asked for a refund did not get it , never shop with you again , thieving company

I just wanted to echo what everybody has said about this company. THEY ACTIVELY SCAM CUSTOMERS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Just like everybody else, they put a coat on sale for £20 so I bought 2 as gifts for my younger siblings in September 2022. 2 weeks later I received an email off their "management" email address offering me a voucher, to which I responded I would like a refund. I didn't receive a reply so I literally emailed them every 7 days for 1 month and a half and they still haven't got back to me, it's now 7th November. The coat is still listed on their website for £20 so it is definitely a scam to lure people in and for them to make money for goods that they have no intention of dispatching. I have made a report to Trading Standards, I pray they take this company down because it is not fair on innocent consumers, especially in the current financial climate!

Don’t buy s.h1t from here it’s a scam i ordered twice from this site and nothings arrived these people like to call themselves a reputable brand and all the rest .. how can a reputable brand email you saying a product has been shipped then two weeks later they email you again to tell you the products sold out ( how can you ship a product that’s sold out ?) then they send you a voucher for their website that again isn’t going to send you anything and when it comes down to you attempting to get your refund just call your bank and make dispute the transaction because you won’t be getting a response from this “reputable eediat company”

So now mr “reputable brand”
Show people your customers that have actually received items instead of making your own fake reviews to steal peoples money

DO NOT BUY! Absolute scam and apparently there’s no email to contact them to talk about orders placed! I never received my order! Actual joke.

Scammers, took £120 off me, didnt deliver my product, not replying to emails, keep giving excuses, it's been 4 months for God's sake give me my money back.

Update: submitted evidence of emails sent to the company and managed to get my money back, the assistant who processed my charge back was shocked this "company is still running"

Terrible, terrible! Please do not buy anything from this company. Complete scam. Ordered shorts and t-shirt at a cost of over £60 in July which NEVER arrived (now Nov). I’ve emailed, contacted via website - completely ignored. I am livid. Never have I had such an online experience. Read the reviews and take heed. Do not buy from this company. Should Riviera wish to contact me to resolve this then I’d be grateful!

Scam company made over months ago still no reply to any emails nothing , do not order !!!! I’ve warned them I will be taking legal action still nothing , scum bags

Biggest scammers in the market, people aware don’t buy anything from them, they gonna took your money and later on you not gonna find out anything.
Things will come back to you stealing peoples hard work money (scammers)

This company is appalling. I agree with all the bad reviews. I’ve placed orders and they’ve taken my money but I haven’t received any of my items. I’ve repeatedly contacted Customer Service and have had no response at all. Disgusting stealing peoples hard earned money. Do not use this company. Just wish I knew how to get my money back!

I placed my order September 18th, I received one update that said it was shipped on October 4 but I didn’t receive no tracking info or expected delivery time or anything, and that was the last time I heard from them nothing else after that. I contacted them numerous times even on Instagram I see why they have their comments turned off, I even tried to dispute the purchase but they wouldn’t let me! I’m so pissed. It’s now November and I still haven’t received my order. Do NOT shop with them.

Scam website, jacket never arrived and no response.

Please if you order with them file a charge back with your bank.

I ordered a crowd jacket from them in September and I haven’t received any order updates or any refund despite me emailing them multiple times and even reaching out through social media . Do not buy from here
