Placed an order on 01/11/2025, attempted to get responses via email, their webpages contact form and no responses, I have to now attempt to get my money back via a dispute with my bank.

If a company cannot supply parts for any reason, do not allow orders to be placed. I state this as one of the videos on Facebook for this company has hidden all other comments but keeps their own comment visible with claims around health issues. This does not excuse the fact this company is stealing peoples money by not suppling the parts order.

Placed an order 12/18/2024. Never received the order, tried a couple times to reach out but forgot to follow up. Finally got around to contacting company summer of 2025, spoke with Peter (owner) who assured me he would ship products out next week with free squeegee. Never happened, many calls later and emails he finally answers again in late August. Peter apologizes again, supposedly makes a package of my order on the phone, prints shipping label, throws in extra items as consolation as well as offers explanation that he had to move and landed a contract with Disney Studios. Finally promises package will go out in 2 days when he can get to UPS. Package never delivered to UPS. Called many times again, finally he answers and promises to check on package. Now, phone number goes straight to VM, no messages are being responded to. Site still accepts new orders. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO FILE DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD IN A COUPLE WEEKS.

We placed an order on the website and received an order confirmation via email. But they told us in another email that the order is on hold. I wrote several messages but no answer.

Placed and paid for an order at Thermanvatband five months ago. Despite multiple inquiries, the products were never shipped. The shop owner, Peter Boyadjian, repeatedly promised to dispatch the order "next week" – a promise he broke multiple times.

His explanations have ranged from warehouse moves to landlord issues to Corona lockdowns or a towed delivery truck – each time a new excuse, none of which resulted in any action. As of today, I still have no products, no tracking number, and no refund.

I have now filed formal complaints with PayPal, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Based on my experience, I can only warn other customers: do not trust this store.

This appears to be a classic case of non-delivery after payment – handled with evasiveness and excuses instead of accountability.
