Just bought new windows from Thermaseal in Wickford and received excellent service from beginning to end. Dave, Ben and Elliott arrived on the installation day and I can't leave anything but praise. They were courteous, hard working and they left my house as clean as they found it. Thanks also to Adam Jerwood who didn't do a forceful sales pitch on me when he came to quote but actually took time and helped me work out what would be the best style of windows to suit my property and budget. In summary, I'm extremely pleased with everything, it looks fabulous and a 10 year guarantee in place should i ever need it. Thank you all, can't recommend you enough and I'll be back when I'm ready to do the doors.

Completely professional service from our initial visit to their showroom in Wickford, up to the installation of a patio door. Adam, the sales manager, was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions, as well as giving helpful advice on his visit to our home to provide a quote. Kevin, the surveyor, was very diligent with his detailed measurements, and Dave and his installation team ( Tom & Ben ) did a fantastic job. They were timely, efficient, very pleasant and tidied up without leaving any mess behind.
Our overall expectations were exceeded from beginning to end and the cost was very competitive. we would highly recommend this company-one of the best we have dealt with!
