Several years ago I got a Thermopen One thermometer and it has been a staple in my kitchen since, sadly when it got time to change the battery the plastic cover broke. After reaching out to eti they sent me a new cover on the same day and it arrived just a few days later.

My thermapen battery lid broke when changing the battery. After sending an e-mail to ETI, it took only a few days until i received a new one. Excellent service!

I bought a thermapen maybe 8years ago and it works perfect. During a change of battery i accidentally broke the batterycover. I wrote thermapen and asked if i could buy a new cover. They sent me one free of charge. Love it,

I bought a Thermapen with glowing charcoal print on for my bbq, long time ago.
Somehow I broke the battery cover and reached out to ETI to order a new cover.

They offered to send one to me for free. That was very kind of them. Free part and free shipping - to Sweden.

Unfortunately the cover never arrived for unknown reason and I forgot about it for a year.
I sent them an email and explained that it never arrived.
Somehow their answer landed in spam folder so I missed it for many months.
When I found it they asked me for a picture of the backside. Picture provided in the mail and some days later a new cover arrived, still totally free!

Perfect customer service! They helped me fast and smooth, even when I forgot to reply in reasonable time.

Broke the battery cover on my Thermapen which I bought 7+ years ago. Contacted ETI to see if I could order a replacement and got one sent free of charge.

Thermapen is my favorite thermometer for cooking, fast and accurate and the customer service is great

I had some problems with the cap of my Thermapen One Mk3. After getting in touch ETI Ltd, I was helped by their customer service swiftly and in a very friendly manner. Without hesitation, a new cap was sent to me.

When I received an error message on my Thermapen I contacted the supplier. The team, Derillyn especially, could not have been more helpful, quickly resolving the issue.

Had trouble with the lid on my Thermapen One breaking during a battery change. Customer service was very professional and supportive. Issue was quickly resolved and got sent a new lid from the UK to Norway free of charge.

Been a customer of ETI for a long time (over 15 years) and have never had to contact them before, for a product complaint.
