Tanya in the office was superb. I ordered the incorrect size, then changed the order. In the end had to cancel. I was then charged a 25% YES 25% handling fee as a cancellation which is appalling. Happy to cover theri postage costs but never come across this before. Would use someone else going forward

Communication good, unfortunately not for us
I contacted Rodin for support as we had one of their products installed at home. They responded pretty quickly but the advice was generalised. We followed the advice and purchased further products but unfortunately this has not fixed the problem and we will be looking to replace the Rodin product with an alternative.
