I placed two orders for Rollhex from Rollhex. Com. One order arrived with a piece missing, the packaging all torn & split. The other order never arrived at all. I’ve tried & tried to contact customer service but the simply ghost you… Do not buy this product, chances are it will never arrive

Very unhappy with this. Roll Hex arrived chipped, contacted costumer service for a refund, have been ghosted ever since. Do not buy!

The company claim that this is a 'Premium' product. Made from one piece of metal with no joins!

Absolutely not true at all!!

This is NOT a premium product, the workmanship is cheap and shoddy with zero attempt at quality at all.

I ordered the full set of 4 Roll Hex and the arrived within the time stated but looked immediately like something from temu.

Each Roll Hex was in a tiny zip lock bag inside a small padded envelope. Not well packaged and as a result they had marks on them and looked second hand. You can clearly see the join on the edge too where they certainly weren't made from one piece of metal. There's no way I can use them as Christmas stocking fillers as intended.

I immediately contacted customer services who sent the following one line response email:

Hi, can you send us a few pictures?

I sent the images requested immediately and that was 2 days ago. I chased up a response with them yesterday but still no response.

Please don't waste your money buying these items from this company.

Just horrible, took an age to get here when it did the quality is terrible, crudely painted, and cheaply cast, please do t waste your time

I recently purchased the roll hex complete package. Admittedly after a couple of weeks of no product and a couple of emails i got a response and i got my product. My only issue is that when you see an advert saying for complete package and shows a picture of each rollhex in each colour, except black, you naturally assume that you'll get 4... I was wrong, but have been given a code to get the other ones with 100% off, but at the moment its looking like with delivery it will cost more than buying the complete package again!

Service is absolutely terrible!! I have paid for a products yet they still haven't arrived after a month. I have email them 5 times with no response! Do not order anything from this company.

I purchased a set of rollhexes from this company at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. The rollhexes never arrived, and the company completely ignored my emails. Luckily I had paid through PayPal, so I opened a case at the beginning of March. Rollhex then finally responded, telling me that they had checked tracking and that the parcel would be there within a few days. As the package never arrived, I escalated the case with PayPal, and luckily PayPal found in my favour and I have been refunded. Terrible experience, would not recommend! Would give zero stars if it were possible!
