Prices do not match the quality :/

Unfortunately, I have mixed feelings about “theroomantwerp”. I ordered a pair of jeans and a top there. The shipping was incredibly fast, which I would like to emphasize! Unfortunately, the quality is really disappointing. You pay more for the designs than for the quality.

The top, a tank top, costs 59.00€ - the jeans 125€ (therefore in the higher price segment). This would be absolutely fine for me if the quality matches the price. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

The top is made of really thin material, just like the jeans (which really disappointed me) the jeans are made out of insanely thin material, not like other denims. The seam is badly stitched. The button is kind of loose and looks like a "spare pin button“ - the kind you can buy on Amazon if the pants are too big for you. The clothes are also not made in the EU but in Taiwan or Shanghai (don’t remember the exact location)- but somewhere overseas. For the prices they charge, i think the quality should be accordingly.

The designs are beautiful, and if you are fine with spending a lot of money on the designs "the room Antwerp" might be for you, but it might be worth buying elsewhere….

Looks over quality—sadly, that’s all it is.

I didn’t expect much, given the brand’s strong Instagram aesthetic—and I can now confirm: don’t expect much.

I bought one of their oversized jackets for around €260. The quality? Worse than Zara. It honestly feels like it cost no more than €25 to produce. One button is already hanging on for dear life after a single wear.

The shape is admittedly nice, which is the only reason I didn’t return it. But overall, this feels like a classic case of clever branding and massive markups masking subpar craftsmanship.

Cute on IG, disappointing in person. Smart team, poor product.

HIDDEN CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT AREN'T INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING FEE!!

I spent £172 on a jacket as a treat to myself. I kept receiving calls from DHL (delivery service) about needing to pay an additional £72 charge for the parcel being overweight. I forwarded over the DHL phone number and details over to The Antwerp Team and they told me that this doesn't sound like DHL so do not engage with them. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I still haven't received my item. I emailed them and asked where it is and they have confirmed it is in customs and I need to pay this random charge that is completely their fault and should be included in the £20 shipping fee I have already paid when I purchased the item. I have ordered from Australia, America and Denmark and I have never been asked to pay a customs charge for an overweight parcel - that I didnt pack!!!!! I am disappointed and would never purchase from them again.
