My order number was 0112841556 the people at this location were very rude and incompetent all I wanted was to see the living room set that I purchased at the Lombard location. I was very disappointed about the service that they provided that I decided to go back to Lombard location and cancel the order and buy a different set.

Great service by sales man and variety furniture.

All the stuff is old, used, and you want to sell it to customers.

My salesman, Mr. Luis Fernandez, was simply excellent. He was informative without ever being pushy. The purchase process was efficient. I needed to change the delivery date and that went quickly and smoothly.

Nelson my salesperson, he is very professional and patience and showed true concern about Progressive denying my application, yet I left with a recliner chair from the clearance floor. Very HAPPY Customer.

Delivery times are inaccurate and i have ben delayed my furniture for two delivery dates.

Kori was the BEST! Just the right amount of helpful. Friendly and polite - and she had some great ideas to go along with our plans. She was the reason that we went back the next day to make our purchase. Our experience could not have been better! Luis was there to complete our purchase and made everything so simple! Great furniture and a great price made even better by great people!

Attentive, the Room Place gave awesome recommendations for my furniture needs. Had some issues towards the end communicating expected monthly payment, and made the remove service plans (that's always just a way for them to earn more commission), but happy with purchase, waiting on deliver.
