Rubbish rug company

Brought a rug from this company when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture so I made arrangements to send it back through Royal mail on the 28th of March, but this company should’ve known that Royal mail would not accept packages of that size so I was stuck with the rug for a few more days so this must be the timeline For them to say it was used fast forward few days this company is now saying that they cannot accept my return as it’s being used, which is completely false my son Explained when He unpacked the rug . He noticed some yellow marks. Which he thought it was part of the look and said nothing to me Context, I was on a nightshift when it was unpacked I would’ve been onto the company refusing to accept a damaged rug/used rug I am so annoyed at myself that I did not take pictures of the rug when it arrived. My only pictures were to show them that it didn’t suit my living room. my advice would be only to buy from this company if you wish to throw money away Customer care is absolutely zero and I would give zero if that was possible

Damaged/Faulty rug end hemline of it

Damaged/Faulty rug end hemline of it, photos sent & wanted me to open the packaging but this is a gift for someone what if they're not convinced or agreed to it I don't want to keep the rug unpacked, justed a refund or exchange, oh by the way they have the worst delivery man called Geraldo he delivered 3 times & told me he can't find my address & next time of the delivery day making an excuse I gave a wrong address, then 3rd said I gave a wrong post code, how rediculous is their delivery man Gerardo ( he told me he has no time to look for the address) so 4th attempt of delivery I change the address of delivery place, only then I received it.
