Doesn't work correctly

If it worked correctly, it would be a great website, but it doesn't. You pick massage therapists that you want to use and send out a request, but Thervo sends out a request to everyone who might be interested, even the ones you don't pick. I've even had people respond to my request whom I've blocked in the past. It doesn't work correctly. Also, keep in mind that when you send out requests, your information is out there, so people you block can still see your information. Also, they don't have a direct contact number or email, which is always a huge red flag. They use some basic AI customer service chat to answer questions. I asked it why a service provider can still contact me if I blocked them, and it said they can contact me if they responded to my request in the past, even if I didn't hire them. So what's the point of the block option? It's ridiculous.

Tried to book a massage thru Thervo and…

Tried to book a massage thru Thervo and it was a disaster. Tried to call the "provider" after many problems with completion of booking. Wanted payment before service. I tried to call the provider, and the caption indicated Grand Prairie Texas, but the trace showed Logan Utah. Call attempt got a message that there was no such. The email messages used weird terms indicating someone not familiar with english.

I was registered as a masseuse for the site and I was charged about $9 and $7 back to back and when I asked why I was charged that much even though I haven’t accepted any request due to the distance or customer rule, they outright banned me without even responding to my email. Never explain anything and just ban my account.

PLEASE FIND ANOTHER APP TO BE A MASSEUSE! I just wanted to post this to warn other masseuses who is thinking of joining this platform to outright leave that idea behind. It’s not worth it.

Great choice

I was skeptical about booking a massage therapist from off the website at first. Berrio responded to my ad, and we arrange my appointment for the next day. He has great communication skills. He confirmed my appointment the morning of the massage, he also contacted me that he was on his way. I had a major back surgery, he was kind enough to assist me on the table and help me get prepared. The massage was so great I end up letting stay a lil longer. It was something I really needed after the surgery. I will be contacting him again when I return to Miami. Great pick!!

Complete and total scam

Complete and total scam. Contracted by Newark Massage Therapy, they take 4-6 hours each time to reply. Masseuse refused to even give general location area unless venmo'full amount. Then still refused, and wanted another $150 for "security" to be refunded after.
Then Thervo site said they don't refund less than $400 so I would have to give them another $250 to get $400 back.

Have no doubt the 5⭐ came from inhouse

My masseuse was professional

My masseuse was professional. Applied the perfect amount of pressure and I felt much better than I did before the massage. Kudos!

Big mistake

First of all, when I sent the link to my clients they can't even go online and find it because once you hit it, it's not there and secondly I made a massage to my own self and it took my money. Charge me $10 almost. Now I can't give my self a massage, can I.

Better VET your providers

Better VET your providers. I tried to contract with LizzyExclusive. I gave her a deposit of $70.00
1st red flagg was I had to send teh funds to another person. She then gave me some BS about her Paypal had a limit and it was below and that I would receive a refund in 24-48 hrs and to resend the $70.00 That was the 2ndt red flag. Paypal refunds are instant when sent by the provider. I said I would wait for the refund before sending more money. I contacted teh other person whom I sent the funds and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, so I said please send my money back to me and they blocked me! So for anyone who uses this service get referrals from the providers and don't send money via friends and family.

I Was Scammed

Thervo is a referral service where you pay for the leads that you get rather than paying to be listed. I don't remember signing up for this. My profile only has data that is listed on my website, so I don't think I did.

I got a lead that said that this person ONLY wanted to talk to me. There was a male name but it said it was a female who wanted to talk to a female.

I was asked to pay $10 for the lead, which I did. Then it said I had to let a limit on how many leads I wanted to pay for. There was no option to select 0. There was also no option to delete my credit card number!

My only option was to delete my account, which I did. Wow, I am a sap!
