Fantastic service

Fantastic service, I emailed to see if I could still get a delivery before Xmas and received a reply within minutes.
My order was then delivered within 48 hours on a Sunday, it couldn’t have been better!

I'm blown away by the creativity and…

I'm blown away by the creativity and quality of the clothing from Sad Society. Their designs are not only stylish but also meaningful, and it's great to see a brand that's using its platform to support mental health initiatives. I'll definitely be a loyal customer!

Not worth the money

I bought one of their sweatshirts like 3 months ago and still have not received anything. I paid around $70 and have reached out to them 3 times and all 3 times they said shipping was delayed but that the item was being shipped soon. Clearly this was a lie. Don’t buy from them.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Payed $50+ for a hoodie that was of terrible quality and obviously different than the ones that they have advertised on the website. Looks like they bought a bunch of cheap thin hoodies from Walmart, cut out the tags (I can literally see the hastily cut out tag stub) and then printed on them. Reached out to customer service who said they'd send me a gift card to buy something else and reimburse my shipping but they never did and have stopped answering my messages. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bad costumer service.

I ordered some stuff on November 15th so that I would have time to get it before the holidays but I have received no shipping information even though the website said 3-4 weeks to ship it out. I have emailed them three times now and reached out to them on instagram and I am being ignored as it seems. I spent a decent amount of money on the site so this is very disappointing.

Bad Customer Service

Good Afternoon,
I would not recommend this company as I had ordered items for my daughters for Christmas 2018 and did not receive them. My daughter and I have reached out multiple times and they will reply but take no action and then ignore me. They did however have no issue taking my money.

Items never shipped

Update: I finally received my item after 3 months. Quality is average but definitely not worth the wait/experience. Don't recommend buying from them

Terrible customer service so far...

Ordered a hoodie from this online retailer back at the beginning of December 2018. Reached out to them repeatedly via email and Facebook Messenger, as I haven't had ANY information whatsoever sent to me about where my order is. I can't even track it via the order number they sent me!

This retailer was quick to take my money via PayPal, but refuses to answer now that they've got it. Am giving them one more chance to reply before I open a dispute with PayPal.
