Next day delivery doesnt seem to apply. This is my 3rd time ordering and choosing next day delivery which once again hasnt happend.

Order not arrived.
Order not arrived.
Ordered on the 11th of March emailed them a week later as had 48 hour delivery.
Was told they are moving warehouse my order will be with me soon.
I then receive a message saying delivered. When I was home all day and had received a package from amazon, nothing else was delivered.
I asked my neighbours on my side and the road opposite as we will take packages in no one had seen it.
I’ve messaged sale lab twice and only received reply saying it’s been delivered.
This was my second time ordering from them. My first order came extremely quick with no problems. This time my order never arrived and seem to be having issues with communication.

Bought Kurt sandals and a dress for a wedding from the website both fit perfect all brand new with tags fast delivery all in great condition, sandals came in box. Will be back :) some great bargains as well. Check out there whatnot stream as well plenty of daily bargains and great quality as always have bought plenty big brands at great prices.

Rare to find a bargain on here. Mostly 3rd division brands in unusual sizes and it’s getting worse! Usually brands that nobody wants are on sale or still cripplingly expensive brands like Lanvin or Barena No deals on here - save your money and shop on Vinted or End.

I have purchased many items since 2023 but never left a review. I am absolutely delighted with all purchases in terms of quality price customer service and speed of delivery (always 2 day tracked delivery). Only ever returned one item which didn’t fit and handled quickly and efficiently. Obviously one of the most trustworthy companies to buy from by mail order. I’ll see you again!!!

I ordered a pair of Maison Margiela Sneakers from Sale Lab but just to be sure they were authentic I sold them to myself on eBay to have them authenticated in the 30 day return window that they give. Turns out the shoes are authentic so very happy with that. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the shoes weren’t shipped in a shipping box and the shoe box got damaged in one of the corners.
