Different bottles, probably same whisky
The bottles they advertise are not what you get. I expected three small bottles that look like the picture. You get plain small bottles that all look the same. They mention this on the About Page but nowhere on the product one. Rating it as 3/5 as they were quick to reply and seemed open to addressing the issue.

Really great service
Really great service, I was worried about my samples not arriving in time for a birthday gift so they upgraded my shipping free of charge. The samples also came nicely packaged with a couple of chocolates in the box. Will definitely be using again!

Top Notch
Delivery within timescale indicated. Samples were nicely presented and well packaged. Great choice of drams to suit all palates. I received a bonus sample with my delivery which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Fabulous customer service. I would highly recommend the Sample Guys to anyone wishing to experience unusual and hard to find whiskies at reasonable prices. This is my second purchase from TSG and it won’t be my last. Brilliant stuff!

Great selection, great service.
I've bought from these a few times now, and every time, it's a great experience. They have a truly interesting range of bottles to select samples from, including rare and short-run bottlings.
Packaging is great, and you get a couple of pieces of chocolate, which is a sure way to win my heart!
They've recently had a spike in demand, and delivery is a little slow (August 2022), but not at all unacceptable. What is great is that after waiting a week and half for delivery of three sample, I was delighted to open the box and discover a 'sorry' card, and an extra sample! Of a pretty good dram as well!
I'll be coming back here often!

Incredible service from The Sample Guys
I was struggling to find a good variety of whisky that I could include in groomsman gift boxes that reflected my taste (it is all about me after all). I came across The Sample Guys and was impressed with the selection, and what's more, I contacted them with a query on a Friday night and they went out of their way to help and respond. The presentation of the bottles is incredible and they arrived quickly and well packaged. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

Brilliant! Very classy samples! Great choice of drams!
Great selection of whiskies - even very limited ones. Pricing is very reasonable. When I received the samples was really impressed - clearly care and attention was taken to prepare each sample - hand dipped wax seals! Will definitely recommend and will be buying more!

I had excellent service from Brian…
I had excellent service from Brian Smith who assisted with my very complex request coming up with an ingenious solution within 24 hours of my first enquiry. The only comment I would have is that one of the samples didn't show the age on the bottle - although I was able to find evidence elsewhere and print the 'source' label.
Thanks again to Brian
