Completely alienated!

I ordered my device 5/11/2025 and decided to keep Evolution and paid US $2500. I knew it will be sent out earliest in January so I was waiting patiently. My order got sent out February 17th via CA post to Australia instead of to Austria where I am. My first order came via UPS so I know UPS is possible.
I have been waiting patiently until yesterday but yesterday I just requested that they send me another unit or cancel my order. Both requests were clearly denied - I was told that I have no right to cancel order nor to return it - leaving me no option out, nor offering a solution other than waiting; unless the other unit gets destroyed there is no way I can get another one. And if I want one I have to order a new unit for the full price. The company says sorry, not our fault, and keep me waiting for so long without taking responsibility, offering a solution nor any compensation for this situation. I requested to talk to Dr.Rob about it but this request got also denied. According to the tracking number I have been given the device is on its way back to Canada and has not been moving for days so there is no saying if or when I will receive this unit that is said to be assigned to my name and no other device can be assigned to me. I was very enthusiastic about microcurrent and their products, have been referring people - one so far who purchased their products. They do not allow this review on Facebook and are not publishing it. Now I am so alienated, completely disappointed and turned off by this treatment that I do not want to even look at my device!

Buyer beware- Sana Shop "private membership"

The Sana Shop "private membership". They give you "free" access to their library for 2 months/maybe 3 months now. Then, if you forget to cancel it, they will charge you for months, even if you never access they library and will NOT refund you. They don't remind you, so make sure you check your CC/Bank statements if you have ever used the library and not canceled it. You could find hundreds of dollars of charges. They think that telling you 2 or 3 months in advance when they will charge you is "notification". Even insurance companies and legitimate software companies remind you when they will be charging you a few days in advance. I hope I can save hundreds of people some money in case they forget and will be noting this very poor customer service practice everywhere I can on this internet.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, the sanashop.com is a Canadian company that sells expensive microcurrent medical devices BUT if you buy one of their products and you live outside Canada you need to pay import duty.
Bear in mind when you make a purchase, they already charge $90 for delivery.
I live in the UK and unfortunately, I was not informed about this at any point by the company before I bought one of their products.
I found out when UPS sent me an email asking for an extra £50.96 for unpaid import fees.
When I contacted The Sana Shop's customer services, I was told that the situation was beyond their control. I was informed I had the choice of refusing the package and once it was returned to Canada they would issue a refund minus 15% because a medical device cannot be resold.
While they had informed me of this charge before the purchase, I did explain that I felt penalised for their omission as in the event of refusing the package, once it arrived with them and they opened it, they would have seen it had not been opened or used.
However I received no reply.
I feel that however good the product may be, and it hasn't arrived yet, the company let themselves down through poor and disappointing customer service experience which would be so easily rectified by making prospective customers aware of import duty when they live outside Canada.
It has been a stressful, unexpected and unpleasant experience.
I have 30 days to try the device and see whether it lives up to the claims of what it does, if not I can return it.
I shall then review it too.
