I have been searching for some time for the perfect piece of jewellery to remember my two gorgeous pets by and I now couldn’t be happier! Samantha sent me through a few designs based on a rough idea I’d had and they were all better than I could have hoped. I wanted two very specific colours (to match their eye colours) and Samantha got it spot on! The whole process was very simple yet done in a caring and empathetic way and I was consulted throughout. I now have a stunning ring with the boys’ eye colours and ashes in a heart shape and I am truly over the moon. I don’t ever want to take it off and it’s comforting to know they’re close to me again. I have bought several pieces from the scarlet ribbon. The attention to detail is wonderful. The fact she can create custom made pieces is unique and spectacular. She can help turn your ideas into reality, guiding you on what does and doesn't work, and altering your ideas so that a truly beautiful one of a kind piece of jewellery can be created. I'm a returning customer of the Scarlet Ribbon, and probably one of the most challenging, as i always go a little extra (sorry!), yet I am always given exactly what I'm looking for.

What I love is that every piece I've bought has been individual and no one else will have the same, as I always customise as per who I'm buying for. Everyone has loved their gifts and I've even purchased a few pieces for myself.

The presentation of the finished products and packaging gives high end vibes yet I find the prices extremely reasonable for unique, hand created jewellery

Samantha is extremely talented and her attention to detail and passion for what she does is second to none. She is on the ball with communication and if you havent subscribed to her emails, I recommend you do as that is where you'll not only find all the new creations but also any special offers.
